Please post here any allergies, intolerances, special requests, etc, that we might need to consider when planning a menu.
We will be planning breakfast, lunch and dinner, with snack foods and soup pot to be available as desired.
Meals will happen on a schedule. If you are not around for a meal, we need to know what to do with your meal (save it for you, give it to a passer-by, etc...).
There will be a schedule made up for camp duties, and it will be posted in the kitchen.
We think we are probably at about $20 per day, per adult and $10 per day per child, to provide the sort of luxurious nutrition we are accustomed to. (alcohol is NOT part of the kitchen - please see the appropriate kinsman about that...)
Training and supervision will be provided for all kitchen helpers, so please DO NOT HESITATE to sign up for kitchen duties!
